Privacy Policy

The Duo Adler & Jammes attaches great importance to protecting your personal data. This page explains what data is collected through this site, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

Data Controller

The controller for the data collected on this site is the Duo Adler & Jammes (see legal notice). For any question about your data, you can contact us via the contact form.

Data Collected

The only form on this site is the contact form, which collects :

  • your name ;
  • your email address ;
  • your phone number ;
  • the content of your message.

No other personal data is collected on this site. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics (via Site Kit) to measure site traffic (pages viewed, time on site, traffic source) on an anonymised basis. This data is only collected after you accept the consent banner — see our Cookie Settings page.

Purpose and Legal Basis

This data is used exclusively to respond to your request for information or a quote regarding a performance by the duo (concert, wedding, event). Processing is based on your consent, expressed by voluntarily submitting the form.

Data Recipients

Information submitted via the form is sent only to the members of the Duo Adler & Jammes, for the purpose of responding to your request. It technically passes through the following providers :

  • Cloudflare (Turnstile solution) — anti-spam protection for the form ;
  • Google (Analytics via Site Kit, with your consent) — anonymised audience measurement ;
  • CookieYes — management and storage of your consent choice ;
  • Our email provider — to receive your request by email.

As some of these providers (Google) are based outside the European Union, your data may be transferred to the United States, governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your data is never sold, transferred, or used for third-party commercial purposes.

Retention Period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then deleted, unless further communication requires it to be kept (for example, the actual organisation of an event).

Security

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly solution against automated (spam) submissions, with no advertising tracker.

Your Rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, and port your data. You may exercise these rights at any time via our contact form.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) — www.cnil.fr.
